Drying by Nitrogen or Air
For LNG/LPG facilities the presence of water or moisture poses several potentials start-up and operational concerns. Proper design and engineering of the overalls program for de-watering and drying of the system are critical to the safe start-up and commissioning of the system.
GPPS’s knowledge of process systems and drying techniques significantly reduces the potential risks and complications commonly associated with system start-up. GPPS has a wide range of High-Volume Air Compressors, Compressed Air Dryers.
Our High-Volume Air Compressors are capable of delivering flow rates of between 900cfm &mdash 1600cfm and pressures ranging from 150psig to 375psig, depending on clients requirement. Our Air Dryers are suitable for Zone 2 application and can deliver up to 400psig and a -40°C dewpoint.
GPPS has a wide range of Nitrogen Pumps capable of delivering flow rates of 180,000scf/hr and pressure of 10,000psig. GPPS also has a fleet of 2,000USG liquid Nitrogen Tanks, with an operation pressure of 6barg.
