Pressure Vessel and Tank Cleaning

To ensure pressure vessel and tank integrity, safe maintenance activities and regulatory inspections. For over the past 15years, GPPS has performed internal cleaning, de-sanding, de-sludging of pressure vessels, storage tanks for various IOCs and NOCs at onshore, offshore and deep offshore locations.

These include Separators, Sump Tanks, Heat Exchangers, FPSO and FSO Cargo tanks, Petroleum Products Storage tanks etc. GPPS employs very limited man-entry and non-man entry technologies using state-of the art automated equipment and including robotics where personnel entry is completely eliminated.

For Vessel / Tank Cleaning processes, all internationally recognized confined space entry standards, procedures, specialized equipment and certified personnel are employed. Also, all international and local regulations, laws, and conventions are strictly adhered to by GPPS.

Once your tank or pressure vessel is handed over to us, we handle all the work from Gas-freeing, Gas testing, Cleaning and rinsing, down to handing over the cleaned tank or vessel to our client. All sludge is collected into 3rd party waste skips, transported to approved treatment plant for treatment and final disposal at approved locations.
